What the pages record
We use PostHog (PostHog Inc., US) to see how the site is used. It records when a page is opened and when it is left, with how long you stayed and how far down you scrolled; how quickly the page loaded; clicks on three kinds of link: booking a call, opening the message form, and the partner sign-up links; and that a message was sent, without anything written in it. For a click it keeps the page and the link’s wording.
It runs without cookies: nothing is stored in your browser, it does not record your session, it does not capture other clicks or anything you type, and it does not link what it records to your name or email address. PostHog receives your IP address with each record, uses it to estimate an approximate location, and the address is stored with the record in our PostHog account.
We also use Vercel’s Web Analytics and Speed Insights (Vercel Inc., US), which come with our hosting. Web Analytics counts page views, clicks on the booking link and sent messages, with the page and where on it the link sits. It tells visits apart with a code made from your request that resets every day, so it cannot follow you from one day to the next or onto other websites. Speed Insights records how quickly each page loaded and responded, with the browser, device type and country. Neither sets cookies or stores anything in your browser.
Hosting and fonts
The site is hosted by Vercel (Vercel Inc., US), which processes your IP address to deliver the pages to you. The typefaces are served from this site, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts.
Booking a call and the message form
Booking a call opens Microsoft Bookings; the details you enter there are held in our Microsoft 365 tenant. The message form on our home page sends what you write to our monday.com account, where it is stored as an enquiry, together with how you reached the site (the campaign tag in the link you followed, or the site that linked to us). Both are used only to reply to you and to prepare for the conversation you asked for. Neither adds you to a mailing list.
Links to other sites
The sign-up links to monday.com, Make.com, Rippling, Vista Social and ClickUp are referral links. Those sites, and our pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Threads, are run by their owners under their own privacy notices, and may set their own cookies when you visit them.
