Business improvement

Fix the operation before the software.

The first of our two arms, and the one that decides what the tools arm builds. We find where the work loses time and money, redesign how it should flow, decide where the firm should play, and install the operating rhythm that keeps it improving, written down to a standard an auditor can read.

What we mean by an operating system

Five things every firm should be able to point at.

Not software. The handful of agreements that decide how the business runs week to week, kept where the work already is so they stay true.

01

A plan everyone can see

Where the firm is going this year and this quarter, on one page, visible to every seat.

02

A weekly rhythm

One meeting with a fixed agenda: scorecard, priorities, issues. Ninety minutes, then back to work.

03

A scorecard

The five to fifteen numbers that say whether the week went well, owned by named people.

04

A roles map

Who owns what, written down, so decisions stop waiting on the founder.

05

An issues loop

Problems raised, ranked and closed in the open, with someone chasing between meetings.

Standardization to ISO, all modules

The standard as a documentation discipline, not a shelf of procedures.

ISO asks for documented procedures, records and management reviews. Most firms answer with a binder nobody opens. We write the operating system to the standard and keep it on the monday.com boards people use every day, so the record of how work is done is the record of the work itself. ISO 9001 is the module we have implemented and can show; the same system extends to 14001, 27001, 45001, 42001 and 20000-1. Then we stay through the first audit.

01

Procedures written in plain language, one page each, linked from the boards they govern

02

Records produced by the work, not filled in after it

03

Management review and internal audit as calendar events with owners, not a scramble

04

Mentorship through the first external audit

How we get there

Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.

01

Discover · Two weeks

We map the manual processes and size the return.

You leave with a build plan you can use with or without us.

02

Design · Written scope

The workspace, data and automation design, priced in writing.

Nothing gets built until you accept the price.

03

Build · Four to ten weeks

Fixed scope, built inside how you already work, your team trained on it.

The system is yours whether or not we run it.

04

Run · Cancel any time

We watch, error-handle and tune what we built.

Cancel any time. The system stays with you.

Engagements

Two ways to buy it.

The consulting layer underneath everything we build. Where the work loses time and money, how it should flow, and the operating rhythm that keeps it improving.

Business-improvement consulting

Operating-system discipline, quality discipline and clarity on where to play. Monthly, with a named architect on the account.

Bring one real problem.
