Inside the two arms

Six services, sorted by the arm they belong to.

The same two arms, one level down. Open any line to see what you actually receive, what it runs on, and where it starts.

Consult

Find where the work leaks time and money, and fix the flow before the software.

We sit with the people doing the work, map how it actually moves, and redesign the rhythm: who decides what, when, and with which information in front of them.

What you get
  • A process map that shows where hours and cash go missing
  • The return sized per fix, so you can rank them
  • A build plan you can act on with or without us

How we work

Four steps up. You can get off at any one of them.

Each step is priced before it starts, and each one leaves you holding something you can use even if we never speak again.

  1. 01

    Discover

    Two weeks

We map the manual processes and size the return.

You leave with a build plan you can use with or without us.

  2. 02

    Design

    Written scope

The workspace, data and automation design, priced in writing.

Nothing gets built until you accept the price.

  3. 03

    Build

    Four to ten weeks

Fixed scope, built inside how you already work, your team trained on it.

The system is yours whether or not we run it.

  4. 04

    Run

    Cancel any time

We watch, error-handle and tune what we built.

Cancel any time. The system stays with you.

Engagements and pricingWhat each engagement includes. No call needed.

Why Fidelis Labs

Old-firm accountability, current tools.

We run what we sell

The accounting practice inside Fidelis runs on the same boards, automations and agents we install for clients.

One architect, end to end

The person who understood your operation on day one designs the system and stays accountable for it after go-live.

Fixed scope, written price

Every engagement is quoted in writing before work starts. No retainers you cannot explain, no hourly surprises.

Governance you can show an auditor

An agent identity and access register, approval-gated actions, a monthly cost audit, and ISO 9001 discipline in the documentation.

Results

Three operations, rebuilt where the work actually happens.

Client names withheld at their request; the work is ours.

Engineering contractor · ~90 staff

Purchase orders, timesheets and remaining hours in one place

Field crews updated hours from site; the office saw remaining budget per job the same day. The Friday reconciliation disappeared, and a cash-in register and fleet reporting were added on the same boards.

Accounting practice · ~80 clients

Bookkeeping and tax-return pipeline on one board

Every client, every missing document and every return stage visible to the whole team, with automated chasing for what is outstanding. The system is the one Fidelis runs its own practice on.

Grooming franchise · 60+ locations

Six years of location KPIs, readable at last

Monthly performance from 2020 onward, pulled out of a booking platform with no usable export and put on one board, one row per location per month, so operations can compare centres instead of spreadsheets.

About Fidelis Labs

We built it for the firm next door first.

Fidelis Labs started inside an accounting practice, not a pitch deck. The tax and accounting firm next door was running about eighty clients on email, spreadsheets and the memory of whoever happened to be in the room. The work got done. Nobody could see where it stood without asking someone.

So we rebuilt it: every client and every missing document on one board, the chasing automated, Claude taking the first pass at the reading. That practice was our first client and it is still the one we test on before anything reaches yours.

Then other owner-led firms started asking for the same thing — a contractor, a franchise, an advisory practice. That is what Fidelis Labs is. The rule has not changed since the first board: a named person is accountable for every result, and nothing we deploy is a bot you cannot switch off.
