Standardization to ISO, all modules

One operating system. Whichever standard is asking.

Each ISO standard is a management system with the same skeleton: policy, roles, risks, documented procedures, records, internal audit, management review. We build that skeleton once, on the boards your team already works in, and write it to the module a customer, regulator or buyer is asking for.

Six modules

The same management system, written to whichever standard is asking.

Each card says what the standard governs and who tends to ask for it. One is on file as implemented; the rest are built on the same skeleton.

ISO 14001 · Environmental management systemsHow the firm identifies, controls and reduces its environmental impact.Who asks for it: Public-sector tenders, larger clients with supplier requirements, and lenders.Built on the same system
ISO/IEC 27001 · Information security management systemsHow client and company information is protected: access, assets, incidents, suppliers.Who asks for it: Any client that hands you their data, and every security questionnaire you have ever received.Built on the same system
ISO 45001 · Occupational health and safety management systemsHow the firm keeps its people safe at work: hazards, controls, incidents, participation.Who asks for it: Construction, field service and manufacturing clients, and their insurers.Built on the same system
ISO/IEC 42001 · Artificial intelligence management systemsHow AI is adopted and governed: roles, risk, data, human oversight, the record of decisions.Who asks for it: Regulated firms putting AI into client-facing work, and the buyers now asking how it is governed.Built on the same system
What is on file

Documented implementation experience: ISO 9001.

ISO 9001 is the standard we have implemented for clients and can show. The other five modules share its structure and are built the same way; we say so plainly rather than claim a record we do not have. Every engagement is a fixed scope with a written price before work starts, and we stay through the first audit.

About the operating system and ISO 9001 service →

How it is built

The standard as a documentation discipline, not a binder.

01

Procedures written in plain language, one page each, linked from the boards they govern

02

Records produced by the work itself, not filled in after it

03

Internal audit and management review as calendar events with owners

04

One management system, extended module by module rather than rebuilt per standard

05

Mentorship through the first external audit

Engagements

Two ways to buy it.

The consulting layer underneath everything we build. Where the work loses time and money, how it should flow, and the operating rhythm that keeps it improving.

Business-improvement consulting

Operating-system discipline, quality discipline and clarity on where to play. Monthly, with a named architect on the account.

Operating system + ISO 9001 implementation

A practical operating system for the firm, documented to the ISO 9001 standard and tracked in monday.com, with mentorship through the first audit.

Every engagement is fixed-scope and quoted in writing after the right-fit call, before any work starts.

Bring the standard someone is asking you for.

Twenty minutes with the architect who would run the engagement. Which module, what is already in place, and what it would take, in plain words.
